Security & privacy
Two jobs: keep your data safe, and make every AI action inspectable. This page is the practical guide. The legal pages sit underneath it.
What you can do in the product
- Role-based access: who can invite, bill, and change AI sources
- Logs of who instructed, what ran, and what changed
- Environment variables for secrets, instead of pasting keys into chat
- Organisation-approved models only
How we host and transmit data
Production runs on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services. Traffic to the app and API is TLS only. Card payments are handled by Stripe. iMothership does not store card numbers.
Google and Microsoft data
If you connect Google Workspace, Photos, or Microsoft 365, we only use that data to run the feature you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general models. Read the commitments on AI & data safety.
Your rights
Arthur Ashton Limited (Cyprus) is the company behind iMothership. You can access, correct, or delete personal data by emailing info@arthur-ashton.com, or from account settings where the product allows it.
