iMothership sits on top of the tools you already run. Organisation admins approve the AI sources. Work items attach APIs, skills, files, and business data. Secrets go in environment variables, not the prompt.

AI providers

Projects can only use sources the organisation has approved in Settings, then AI. Configured for business / API use:

  • Anthropic
  • Google Gemini / Vertex AI
  • OpenAI
  • Replicate
  • Fireworks AI
  • Groq
  • ElevenLabs
  • SpaceX AI / xAI

How we treat training and retention is on AI & data safety.

Business systems

  • Google Workspace and Photos under Google Limited Use. Data is used only for the feature you asked for.
  • Microsoft 365 and Outlook for mail and work data you explicitly connect.
  • APIs inside Work so a job can call your own services.
  • GitHub sync from the signed-in app, when a project is linked.
  • Stripe for plan checkout. We do not store card numbers.
