Account & billing
Plans are per project. You pick a plan in Settings, pay with Stripe, and find invoices in Settings.
Plans
These are the plans in the product today. Prices are shown in the app (USD / month) because they can change with task-run volume.
- Go: once-a-day or weekly tasks, 5 minute schedule, 2 agents, single user. From 250 task runs. Task-run volume is adjustable.
- Pro: day-to-day operations, 1 minute schedule, 5 agents, unlimited users. Higher task-run volume.
- Heavy: high volume, parallel runs under a minute, unlimited agents and users. From 5,000 task runs.
- Enterprise: custom volume, SSO, and invoicing. Through sales.
How to change plan or pay
- Sign in and select the project in the header.
- Open Settings, then the plan / buy screen.
- Choose Go, Pro, or Heavy and complete Stripe checkout. Enterprise is through sales.
- Open invoices in Settings when you need a record for accounts.
iMothership does not store card details. Stripe handles payment and PCI. If checkout fails, retry from Settings or contact us with the project name and approximate time. Do not send card numbers by email.
Invites and seats
Go is a single-user project. Pro, Heavy, and Enterprise allow more people. Admins invite from Settings. Someone who cannot see a project usually has not been invited to it, or is looking at the wrong project in the header filter.
