Guides for using iMothership at work

Get started, understand the product, and fix things when they go sideways.

How-to & troubleshooting

Start with the log. Most “AI is broken” problems are an unapproved model, the wrong project, or a plan limit.

I cannot sign in

  • Use Log in in the header, not a bookmark to a signed-in URL that expired.
  • Reset the password from the login flow if you have a reset email.
  • If you still cannot get in, contact us from the address you registered with.

Chat or a task does nothing

  • Confirm the header is on the right project.
  • Open Settings, AI, and check the organisation still approves a model.
  • Open Logs for that time. If there is no row, the job never started. If there is a row, read the error there.
  • For scheduled tasks, check the plan frequency (5 minutes on Go, 1 minute on Pro) and remaining task runs.

The answer is wrong

  • Open the Work (or task) and check the skills, data, and files attached. The model only sees what you gave it.
  • Use Logs to see the exact instruction that ran.
  • Try a stronger approved model for that step, or tighten the skill so the process is explicit.

A pack will not install

  • You need to be signed in. Public packs are on Packs. Organisation packs only show when you are in that org.
  • Check you have permission on the project, then retry.

Billing or invoice issues

  • Plans are per project. Switch project, then open Settings.
  • Invoices are under Settings. Checkout is Stripe.
  • Still stuck? Contact us with the project name. Never send a full card number.
