AI features
iMothership is not a single chatbot. It is a workspace where AI follows a process you can inspect.
Chat
Talk to approved models in natural language. Use this for questions, drafts, and one-off work. Search sits in the header when you are in Chat.
Work
A Work item is a job with a process attached. Inside a work you can:
- View the job
- Chat in the context of that work
- Attach business data
- Connect APIs
- Add skills (repeatable instructions the AI can follow)
- Keep files with the work
Tasks and agents
Tasks are scheduled or repeatable jobs. Agents are the workers that run them. How many agents you get, and how often they can run, depends on the project plan (Go, Pro, or Enterprise).
Logs
Every action is searchable. Use Logs to see who instructed the AI, what it did, and to verify an answer instead of taking it on faith.
Packs
Packs are installable bundles: tasks, APIs, skills, and works. There is a public pack store and, when you are signed in, packs private to your organisation. Open Packs to browse.
Settings that matter for AI
- AI: approved model sources for the organisation
- Commands: named operations the product can run
- Files: organisation or project files
- Environment variables: secrets the work can use, without putting them in a prompt
- Users and organisation: who is in, and who is admin
