How to set up an AI task

1. Add data sources

   Add information from live reports, emails, folders, APIs and other data sources. The AI model sees only what you send it.

2. Define your steps

   Get the data, ask AI to work through the steps, then send the result by email, API, or however you need it.

3. Test it

   Click Run, check the output, and check the logs for what happened at each step.

4. Schedule it

   You can keep a task running manually or set it to run once a year, month, or week, at daily intervals, every hour, and even several times per minute (on Heavy and Enterprise plans).

Task frequency and volume

Paid plans are based on the volume and frequency of tasks. Plans are per project to give you maximum flexibility.

• Go. For occasional tasks with a max frequency of every 15 minutes. From 250 automated task runs/month.
• Pro. For daily operations. Max frequency is every 1 minute. From 1,000 runs/month.
• Heavy and Enterprise: High volume. Parallel runs under a minute. Unlimited agents and users. From 5,000 runs/month.
• Enterprise. Custom volume, SSO, and invoicing. Through sales.
